How does the free trial work? + −

All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or continue with our free tier (1 project limit).

Can I change plans later? + −

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my project limit? + −

You'll be prompted to upgrade to a plan with higher limits. Your existing projects remain safe and accessible - you just can't create new ones until you upgrade.

Do you offer discounts for students or educators? + −

Yes! We offer 30% off any plan for students and educators. Contact support with proof of enrollment or employment to get your discount code.

What payment methods do you accept? + −

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We do not currently support PayPal.

Is there a refund policy? + −

Yes! If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

What happens to my data if I cancel? + −

Your data remains accessible in read-only mode. You can export all your work at any time. We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.

Do you offer annual billing? + −

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

What are AI credits? + −

AI credits are used for Nexa (our AI story coach) prompts. 1 credit = 1 prompt. You earn credits through milestones and can purchase more if needed. Unused credits roll over month-to-month.

Is there a free forever plan? + −

We offer a limited free tier with 1 project and basic features. It's perfect for trying out the platform, but serious writers will want to upgrade for full access.
